General Information
Parking Lot Sweeping Scheduled for Friday 11/12/2024. All cars must be moved off all lots from 11AM-5PM
**With the cold weather here, please do not have your garage open for extended periods of time.
October and April are the recommended months to change the 9 volt batteries in your smoke detectors and garage keypads.
Our drop box is located in the middle of our back door of the Office/Model garage side.
Check your utility room frequently for leaks of any kind.
Change your Furnace Filter Monthly Size is 16x25x1 - Builind 2 only is 14x20x1
Make sure to let us know if you are leaving for extended periods of time.
If your vehicles are parked outside make sure to move them every three days.
